Another week, another success story. Thanks to their 3-tier Terrace Pro, students at a participating LunchLab school are not only learning how to grow their own food (indoors in March!) but also enjoying fresh, nutritious ingredients in their lunch! Here is a photo of their first harvest which the students were instrumental in growing. Fresh produce at your fingertips - no waste!
Does this sound familiar? Plan to eat healthy. Go to grocery store. Search for greens that aren’t slimy or wilted. Find some in a bag. Read the bag. Ask yourself... what “triple washed” means?
