Event Description: In this seminar, we will explore the barriers of cultural diversity, inter-generational gaps and establish guidelines that promote inclusiveness in a workplace environment. NOTE: Please feel free to bring a snack or brown bag lunch to make the most of this session. Attendees will learn the following: 1. What are the barriers of cultural diversity? 2. What creates inter-generational gaps? 3. Why establishing guidelines is important for your workplace?
