Event Description: Presenter: Rosalie E. Harms, CPA, MBA, Harms & Associates This session is designed to help the new entrepreneur understand financial statements and assist them with a basic understanding of what lenders look for. Attendee will learn the following: 1. Assessing business profitability 2. Developing credit worthy financial statements 3. Determining what a lender or investor looks for Rosalie Harms, CPA, CMA, MBA has a background which includes extensive work in workshop development and facilitation combined with over 15 years of experience working with existing business owners and new entrepreneurs in a business advising, financial consulting and commercial financing role. She is the Chair of the Business and Administration Department at the University of Winnipeg, where she also teaches Accounting and Entrepreneurship.
