Event Description: Presenter: Shelly Friesen, Royal Bank of Canada This seminar will provide insight on how to prepare for financial applications for your small business in the start up and growth phases. In addition, you will learn what financial institutions are seeking, how you can plan to access capital for your business and tips on avoiding common pitfalls in managing cash flow. Attendee will learn the following: 1. What a financial institution is seeking when applying for credit 2. Tips on managing cash flow 3. How to use technology to manage cash flow Shelly has spent 22 years with Royal Bank of Canada in many different areas including personal banking, branch management, business banking, and sales leadership in Winnipeg. She has completed her Certification in Financial Planning and holds a Certificate in Small Business.
