We Believe in Winnipeg Toastmasters

For The Chamber, it was a simple idea – help develop the speaking and leadership skills of a group of positive-minded people, and they could become ambassadors for Winnipeg and The Chamber.
That was the beginning of the We Believe Toastmasters Club, now one of the fast-growing Toastmasters clubs in the city.
Well on its way to reaching 30 members, the club meets every second Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Membership is $95 for Chamber members and $125 for non-members.
The program includes prepared speeches and two-minute “table topics” where individuals are asked to speak spontaneously on issues related to Winnipeg. All presenters are offered positive feedback to enhance their skills.
