The Manitoba Human Rights Commission is an independent agency of the Government of Manitoba. MHRC investigates complaints of discrimination and offers mediation services. MHRC also offers education and training on human rights issues including sexual harassment, equity programs and the duty to accommodate needs based on disability, family status, religious belief, etc. in the workplace.
