Event Description: Join us for a day of training where you'll learn about how to leverage your strengths (and the strengths of your colleagues) to work smarter and to do better work. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is an approach that has been gaining momentum and has been used successfully in the ongoing development of small and large organizations worldwide. AI begins by identifying when and how teams and organizations perform at their best and how to capitalize on these times to move the organization forward. This course will be experientially based. It is designed to train individuals to use AI for building teams within their organizations.
