Ingredients for a successful international contract 3. Two case studies will be introduced for discussion Siddha Param LL.B. (Hons) London, U.K. has over 25 years of multicultural experience in international trade, negotiations, and business leadership. He has advised both importers and exporters on negotiating international trade agreements and resolution of disputes.Siddha was also an Instructor on, “Negotiation Theory & Practice” at Menno Simons College/University of Winnipeg for the fall 2016 session and co-author of the book, “Global Productivity Mindset” (McNallyRobinson.com).
