Harms, CPA, MBA, Harms & Associates This session is designed to assist new entrepreneurs in developing their operations plan in conjunction with developing an appropriate, and profitable, pricing structure. Attendee will learn the following: 1. Identifying resource requirements 2. Developing internal control process required to efficiently manage resources 3. Determining the costs to be considered when pricing products and/or services Rosalie Harms, CPA, CMA, MBA has a background which includes extensive work in workshop development and facilitation combined with over 15 years of experience working with existing business owners and new entrepreneurs in a business advising, financial consulting and commercial financing role. She is the Chair of the Business and Administration Department at the University of Winnipeg, where she also teaches Accounting and Entrepreneurship.
